With its motor concept, the BADU Eco Flex becomes an energy-conscious circulation pump for large pools. In the private and public sector, it can be used for pools with a size of 30 – 200 m³. A plug-in converter mounted on the motor allows a space-saving design. The plain text display allows user-friendly programming. The simple programming via touchpad as well as a multitude of analogue and digital interfaces make the application even more effortless.

Monoblock-type pump with integrated strainer tank. The bellow-type mechanical seal is mounted on a plastic shaft protector sleeve. Motor/pump shaft has no contact with the pool water providing complete electrical separation.

Die medienberührten Kunststoffteile sind überwiegend aus glas - faserverstärktem Polypropylen PP GF 30 hergestellt und haben damit eine hervorragende Korrosionsbeständigkeit gegenüber dem Schwimmbadwasser und den zur Wasserpflege üblichen Wasserbehandlungsmitteln. Im Pumpengehäuse sind keine Inserts enthalten. Damit ist dieses recyclingfähig. Die Motorwelle dient gleichzeitig als Pumpenwelle, auf der das Laufrad be - festigt ist. Als Wellendichtung dient eine Balg-Gleitringdichtung, die auf der Laufradnabe aus Kunststoff sitzt. Hierdurch ist eine sichere Trennung zwischen Schwimmbadwasser und Elektromotor gegeben. Durch die Blockbauweise haben die Pumpen einen geringen Platzbedarf. Sie werden durch Synchron-Kompaktantriebe angetrieben. Im Pumpengehäuse ist ein Saugsieb (143) integriert, das gröbere Verunreinigungen aus dem Pumpeninneren fernhält. Einsatzgebiet: Schwimmbadwasser-Umwälzung in Filteranlagen, aufstellbar oberhalb oder unterhalb des Wasserniveaus jeweils max. 3 m. Ausführung: Blockpumpe mit integriertem Fasernfänger.
