Beschreibung:
Die Kunststoffpumpen der Baureihe BADU 21-81/32R G Dr. in Drehstromausführung sind zur Förderung von Flüssigkeiten in Kombination mit weiteren Anlagenteilen konzipiert.
Die Motorwelle dient gleichzeitig als Pumpenwelle, auf der das Laufrad befestigt ist. Als Wellendichtung dient eine Balg-Gleitringdichtung, die auf einer Laufradnabe aus Kunststoff sitzt. Hierdurch ist eine sichere Trennung zwischen Schwimmbadwasser und Elektromotor gegeben. Diese Nabe dient als Wellenschutzhülse.
Durch die Blockbauweise haben die Pumpen einen geringen Platzbedarf. Sie werden durch Drehstrommotoren angetrieben.

Die BADU 21er-Pumpen sind für spezielle Herausforderungen in Badewannen, Whirlpools, Gegenstromanlagen und Reinigungsgeräten konzipiert. Die bewährten normalsaugenden Schwimmbadpumpen der Baureihe BADU 21-80 wurden den Kundenbedürfnissen angepasst und werden nun auch als BADU 21-81 standardmäßig mit Klebeverschraubung d 90 mm an Saug- und Druckstutzen ausgeliefert.

Ausführung

Blockpumpe mit Balg-Gleitringdichtung, auf Kunststoff-Laufradnabe montiert. Druckstutzen um je 90° und zusätzlich um 29° im Uhrzeigersinn drehbar (von der Saugseite gesehen). Elektrische Trennung.

Die Pumpen können in der abgebildeten Ausführung für Schwimmbeckenwasser bis zu einer Gesamtsalzkonzentration von 0,5% (entsprechend 5 g/l) eingesetzt werden.

Design Monoblock-type pump with a bellow-type mechanical seal mounted on a plastic shaft protector sleeve. Discharge outlet swivels gradually by 90° and additionally by 29° clockwise when viewing the pump from the suction side. Complete electrical separation. Standard terminal box position on the left side. Position on the right side or on top on request. We recommend sealing the pump suction and pressure line in the thread. BADU 21-80/.. Design The special version AK pumps correspond to the standard versions in the BADU programme, however they are designed for use in diverse salt water and problem medias. Media that could potentially leak or minerals and salts which could crystallise do not come into contact with the motor or bearings. Therefore this ensures considerably longer operating times for these fields of application compared to the standard version.
